Common use of Weekend Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Weekend Shift Differential. Permanent full-time, part-time, permanent-intermittent, and temporary employees in the Library Unit will receive a shift differential of five percent (5%) of the employee’s base hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on a Saturday. Said five percent (5%) differential shall not apply to any overtime hours worked on Saturday.
