Applications of Premium Pay. If a regular full-time Technologist is called to work while on stand-by, said Technologist shall receive one and one-half (1 ½) times the straight time hourly rate for all time actually worked (with a minimum of one-half hour), in addition to the remuneration for being on stand-by, thereby providing double time for the time actually worked.
