Common use of APPOINTMENT AND DURATION Clause in Contracts

APPOINTMENT AND DURATION. 3.1. The Purchaser hereby appoints the Supplier to perform the Scope of Work for the Purchaser from the Commencement Date (not prior to 1 July 2024). 3.2. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions as set out in the GCC or any other provision in terms of this Contract, this Contract shall terminate on 30 June 2034.
