Appointment of Security Agent. 26.18.1 Each other Finance Party irrevocably appoints the Security Agent as its agent and trustee on the terms set out in Schedule 12 (Security Agent). 26.18.2 Each Obligor and each other Finance Party agrees to the terms set out in Schedule 12 (Security Agent). In the event of any conflict between the terms of Schedule 12 (Security Agent) and any other Finance Document, the terms of Schedule 12 (Security Agent) shall prevail.
