Common use of APPOINTMENT OF SUB-ADVISER Clause in Contracts

APPOINTMENT OF SUB-ADVISER. The Adviser desires to engage and hereby appoints the Sub-Adviser to provide certain sub-investment advisory services to each Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Sub-Adviser accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services described herein for the compensation set forth below.

APPOINTMENT OF SUB-ADVISER.
