Common use of Appropriate Use Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Use. Customer must not use the Managed Services and must ensure that no person using a Login issued by the Admin User uses the Managed Services, to breach any law or infringe any right of any person, or to facilitate any person doing so. Customer hereby indemnifies ▇▇▇▇▇ against any liability, expense or claim incurred in relation to any such use. Without limiting the above or any other provision of this Agreement, Kineo may in its discretion (but is not required to) amend or delete any Customer Data.
