Requirements to Release Data. The Recipient understands and agrees that the Federal Government may be required to release data and information that the Recipient submits to the Federal Government as required under: (1) The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552; (2) The U.S. DOT Common Rules; (3) The U.S. DOT Public Access Plan, which provides that the Recipient agrees to satisfy the reporting and compliance requirements as set forth in the U.S. DOT Public Access plan, including, but not limited to, the submission and approval of a Data Management Plan, the use of Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) numbers, the creation and maintenance of a Research Project record in the Transportation Research Board’s (TRB) Research in Progress (RiP) database, and the timely and complete submission of all required publications and associated digital data sets as such terms are defined in the DOT Public Access plan. Related to Requirements to Release Data

  • Provide Data in Compliance with Applicable Laws LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of obtaining the Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time.

  • Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
