4.4 Remove plastic bag liner from paper shredder from time to time and pick up loose pieces of paper that may fall on the floor as much as possible in order to prevent plugging up of the central vac system and/or vacuum cleaning.
4.5 Snow removal, sand/salt of sidewalks and entrances outside of business hours during normal contract schedule to accommodate scheduled meetings. Snow removal, sand/salt of walkway/entrance to the Chamber of Commerce/Licence Bureau may also be required during the normal contract schedule to accommodate late business closing.
