SERVICES REQUIRED. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, including all Contract Documents incorporated by reference, Vendor shall deliver throughout the term of the Contract including renewal or extension periods (if any), laboratory testing services (“Services”), including all labor, qualified personnel, management, coordination, equipment, materials, insurance, and incidentals to fulfill all requirements and deliver all goods and/or services required under the Contract in accordance with applicable method protocols, industry/trade best practices, and all rules, regulations, and laws related thereto. “Contract Documents” include: a. This Contract No. 455-23-1017A, and any amendments hereto; b. Exhibit A, RFP No. 455-23-1017A, including all associated attachments, appendices, exhibits, and addenda; and c. Exhibit B, Vendor’s Response, dated June 27, 2023 (“Vendor’s Response”).

SERVICES REQUIRED. PROVIDER will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment including but not limited to computer, software, digital camera and cell phone as part of their overhead and without separate reimbursement. AV Scope types include Classroom, Office, Meeting Spaces; Research Laboratory Recording; Performing Arts Buildings; Arenas, Stadiums, and Sports Facilities; Security and Intercom Systems; Recording/Broadcast Studios; Large Format Video Walls; and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). Activities for which audio-visual integrator support may be requested include any or all of the following: A. Pre-construction Phase B. Procurement Phase C. Construction Phase The A&M System reserves the right on each project assignment to authorize all or any part of the above subject areas and/or work tasks as the A&M System deems necessary for the individual project. The scope to be performed will be set forth in each work request. Note: e-Builder is the project management software utlized by A&M System for FP&C managed construction projects and the selected Respondent(s) may be expected to fully utilize this program. Training in College Station will be provided at no additional cost.

SERVICES REQUIRED. In Call Off Schedule 2 ( Services) Guidance Note: include in Annexes 1 and 2 of Call Off Schedule 2 (Services) a description of the Services (Annex 1)) required under this Call Off Contract. Details of all the Services available at framework level can be found in Part A of Framework Schedule 2 (Services). If awarding the Call Off Contract by way of direct award, Call Off Schedule 2 (Services) should reflect the documentation issued to the Supplier in accordance with paragraph 2 of Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure). If awarding the Call Off Contract by way of Further Competition Procedure, Call Off Schedule 2 (Services) should reflect the Statement of Requirements issued to the Suppliers in accordance with paragraph 3. 1.1 of Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure). This should be refined to include any additional information submitted by the successful Supplier in response to the Statement of Requirements. For example: details of where the Services shall be delivered/performed, dates of delivery/performance of the Services (and mark any dates which the Customer has so required as “time of the essence”), any packing/packaging and/or warranty requirements in respect of , etc. Ensure your requirements are consistent with Clauses 7 to 9.

SERVICES REQUIRED. The required services shall consist of working under the direct supervision of the A&M System Member’s staff to provide design, and/or construction support on an “as needed” basis. SERVICES REQUIRED. The required services shall consist of providing support personnel and project management support to work under the direct supervision of A&M System staff to provide support on an as- needed basis in one or more areas of expertise. The selected PROVIDER(s) will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment including but not limited to computer, software, digital camera and cell phone as part of their overhead and without separate reimbursement. Activities for which support personnel and project management support MAY be requested include: a. Project Management Staff Augmentation, most often in role(s) outlined below: • On-site Representative, responsibilities to include: o Coordinate and document daily activities, schedule conditions, and interaction with the project stakeholders during construction phase. o Provide Quality Assurance by reviewing the work of project team members to ensure compliance with construction contract requirements, design standards, and applicable codes throughout all phases of the project. o Assist in the closeout process from Substantial Completion through training, furnishing, certification of systems, commissioning, and financial closeout of contracts. o Assist in execution of third-party contracts. • Project Manager, responsibilities to include: o Provide technical guidance and leadership to project team members during pre- construction and/or construction phases. o Ensure construction documents are developed in accordance with applicable codes, design standards, master plan requirements, and are in accordance with the approved program and project authorizations. Ensure project architect/engineer submits required design documents to appropriate authorities. o Act as a project customer service representative to clients affiliated with assigned projects and for the coordination of pre-construction and construction activities with the client. o Organize and support design and construction meetings required to ensure all project deliverables are met. o Provide quality assurance by reviewing the work of project team members to ensure compliance with construction contract requirements and design standards o Negotiate and prepare third party contracts.
