Seller shall: (i) ensure that all Seller Personnel review and agree in writing to abide by the terms of this provision, and any other applicable provision contained in this Contract, prior to being granted Electronic Access; (ii) maintain complete and accurate records of all Seller Personnel with Electronic Access, and provide such records to Buyer upon request; (iii) assign a single focal to initiate requests for Electronic Access for Seller Personnel, coordinate security briefings, maintain records, and coordinate with Buyer regarding actual or potential security breaches; (iv) take all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, disclosure, reverse engineering, sharing with unauthorized Seller Personnel or compromise of Access Controls; and (v) be responsible for the acts and omissions of all Seller Personnel with respect to their Electronic Access. Seller shall ensure that Seller Personnel do not access the Boeing Systems through any mechanism other than the Access Controls and acknowledges that the Access Controls are for specific individual use of Seller Personnel only, are not transferable, and shall be maintained in confidence by Seller. Seller shall immediately notify Buyer if it believes that any Access Control has been compromised. Seller shall review (at least every three (3) months) each Seller Personnel's Electronic Access requirements. Upon the reassignment, resignation, or termination of any Seller Personnel with Electronic Access, Seller shall promptly submit a written request to Buyer to terminate such Electronic Access.

Access Requirements. You confirm that you have regular access to the internet to enable you to use an Electronic Service.
Access Requirements. 2.1 The Supplier shall ensure that the System:
2.1.1 Provides a robust role based access at all levels from infrastructure and administration through to end user;
2.1.2 Is capable of limiting users to a single logon at any one time and any exceptions to this must be clearly identified; and,
2.1.3 Has facilities to authenticate using user names via passwords. All such passwords must comply with HMG Security Guidelines. See Annex D to the Call-Off Contract terms and conditions (Information Assurance and Security).
2.2 Administrators shall have the ability to reset a user’s password and users shall have the ability to change their own password.
2.3 Provides for password reminders in accordance with HMG Security Guidelines.
Access Requirements. Without limiting its obligations under Section 3.24 of the Agreement, Contractor shall provide access to the foregoing Landowners and their representatives as follows:
1. Contractor shall provide access to, on and transit through the Site and Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements to such Persons for the purpose of:
a. Accessing the existing pipelines and other existing Landowner facilities on the Site and Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements, and
b. With respect to the representatives of the affected pipeline companies, observing Contractor’s Work when Contractor is building the “bridge” over the pipelines as part of the heavy haul upgrades or performing any other Work over the pipeline rights of way or easements shown on Attachment Y.
2. Contractor may, at its option and cost, provide escorts to such Persons when they are transiting through the Site and Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements, but Contractor is not obligated to do so.
3. Owner shall ensure that such Persons will not set up additional facilities, buildings, or other structures on the portions of the Liquefaction Site, or materially interfere with Contractor’s Work ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc.
