Special Events Sample Clauses
The Special Events clause defines how certain extraordinary or unforeseen events are handled within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes a special event—such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions—and specifies the rights and obligations of the parties if such an event occurs, including possible suspension of performance or renegotiation of terms. Its core function is to allocate risk and provide a clear process for managing disruptions that are beyond the control of either party, thereby ensuring fairness and predictability in exceptional circumstances.
