(CONSULTANT) are described herein and detail the assembly of an Outbound Baggage Reconfiguration bid package for the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA - CLIENT) in Hayden, Colorado. Detailed Description of Project: The Southwest Airlines ticket counters at YVRA currently have two outbound baggage belts. A primary belt behind the counters is used for standard size baggage. A short walk away at the ends of the counters is an outbound belt which is used for oversized baggage, a belt which is also used by other airlines for their oversized items. As constructed now, the standard outbound belt intersects and merges with the oversize belt just on the other side of the wall behind the ticket counters. The airport employs personnel to remove oversized items from the combined belt and place them on a parallel belt in the baggage room. The airport is interested in an automated solution to obviate the need for this manual transfer. The project will be completed under a single Bid package with a Base Bid. Project is anticipated to be bid in July of 2021. (CONSULTANT) are described herein and detail the assembly design and construction administration of an Outbound Baggage Reconfiguration bid package for the proposed North Parking Lots at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA - CLIENT) in Hayden, ColoradoColorado (CLIENT). As constructed now, the standard outbound belt intersects and merges with the oversize belt just on the other side of the wall behind the ticket counters. The airport employs personnel to remove oversized items from the combined belt and place them on a parallel belt in the baggage room. The airport is interested in an automated solution to obviate the need for this manual transfertwo parking lots. The project will be bid under the County’s bidding system and completed under a single Bid package with bid package. The proposed project includes design and construction of two parking lots north of Routt County Road 51A (RCR 51A). The northeast parking lot is located north of the existing parking lots and will serve as expanded employee parking. This paved lot will include grading, surface drainage, subgrade, base course, paving, a Base Bidpedestrian sidewalk, parking lot lighting, roadway lighting, a signalized roadway crossing, pavement markings, and a paved access to RCR 51A. The northwest parking lot is located west of the existing rental car storage north of RCR 51A and is intended to be used as a rental car overflow storage lot. This gravel lot will include grading, surface drainage, subgrade, base course, and a milled surface. The new employee parking lot will add approximately 150 stalls of employee parking and the new rental car storage lot will add approximately 80 stalls of rental car parking. Project is anticipated to will be bid in July of 2021May 2023 and will be constructed in June to October 2023.
