Common use of Approval and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Approval and Amendments. Any amendments to this Tax Agreement may be made only with the unanimous written consent of all the parties hereto. A copy of this Tax Agreement is being filed as an exhibit to National's Form U5S Annual Report to the Securities and Exchange Commission for the year ended September 30, 1999. Any amendments to this Tax Agreement will be filed as an exhibit to National's Form U5S for the year when the amendment becomes effective. It is contemplated that any additional companies which hereafter become associated with the System shall have the option of joining in and becoming a party to this Tax Agreement by amendment thereto. V. PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED: Any prior agreements relating to the allocation of income tax liability among the System are superseded.
