Term/Approval/Amendments Clause Samples

The Term/Approval/Amendments clause defines the duration of the agreement, the process for obtaining necessary approvals, and the procedures for making changes to the contract. Typically, it specifies when the agreement starts and ends, outlines who must approve actions or modifications, and details how amendments can be proposed and formalized, such as requiring written consent from both parties. This clause ensures that all parties are clear on how long the contract is in effect, how changes can be made, and who has authority, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a structured process for managing the agreement over time.
