Approval by the Engineer Sample Clauses

The 'Approval by the Engineer' clause establishes that certain actions, materials, or work under a contract require the explicit consent or authorization of the appointed engineer before proceeding. In practice, this means that contractors must submit plans, samples, or requests for review, and may not move forward until the engineer has reviewed and approved them. This process ensures that all work meets the specified standards and requirements, helping to maintain quality control and prevent deviations from the agreed project scope.
