Common use of Approved Arbitrators Clause in Contracts

Approved Arbitrators. The parties shall continue to exchange lists of three (3) Approved Arbitrators in this fashion until an Approved Arbitrator is selected. If the Parties are unable to agree upon an Approved Arbitrator within twenty (20) days of the receipt by the Respondent of the Complaint, any party may apply to a judge of the Ontario Superior Court to appoint the Approved Arbitrator in accordance with Section 10 of the Act.
