Common use of Approved certifications Clause in Contracts

Approved certifications. St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical Center’s list of approved certifications will be reviewed annually by the Conference committee. The Committee will make recommendations to the St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical Center Chief Nursing Officer for review and possible addition to the approved certifications list; and if denied, the reason for the denial will be communicated. Eligibility date for newly added certifications during the life of the contract will be agreed upon by the Conference Committee. (From Addendum F)
