Approved Recyclable Materials Processing Facility. Contractor shall operate the Approved Recyclable Materials Processing Facility for Acceptance of Recyclable Materials Delivered by the Franchised Collector in accordance with the days and hours of operation set forth below. At a minimum, Contractor shall Accept Recyclable Materials Monday through Saturday from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contractor may not reduce the hours or total number of hours for Acceptance of Recyclable Materials without prior written approval of the City except for reductions required by a change in a Permit subsequent to the Commencement Date. Contractor shall use every effort possible to provide the City a minimum of sixty (60) Days written notice of such an anticipated modification. .
