Approved Subprocessors. The Customer hereby authorizes the Processing of Personal Data by the Subprocessors listed in Schedule 2 (Approved Sub-Processors). Jamf will notify the Customer of any changes in Subprocessors, including the addition or replacement of Subprocessors, thereby giving the Customer the opportunity to object to such changes. If, within thirty (30) business days of receipt of this notice, the Customer has not objected to the intended change, the Customer is deemed to have authorized the intended change.

  • Subprocessors Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.
