Common use of Arbitration Terms Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Terms. Your acceptance of this Agreement and commencement of Employment with the Company is contingent upon the execution, and delivery to an officer of the Company, of the Company’s Arbitration Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Attachment C of this Agreement for your review and execution (the “Arbitration Agreement”) at the time you execute this Agreement.
