Common use of Architect Certification Clause in Contracts

Architect Certification. Where required by the Department, the Sponsor shall cause the Affordable Housing Development architect(s) or other appropriate professional to certify to the Department, in form acceptable to the Department, that all construction is completed in accordance with the “as-built” plans and specifications and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws relating to disabled accessibility.
