Architect/Engineer. The Owner shall retain an Architect-Engineer lawfully licensed to practice architecture/engineering or an entity lawfully practicing architecture/engineering in the State of Florida. That person or entity is identified as the Owner’s Architect-Engineer in the Agreement and is referred to throughout the Contract Documents as if singular in number.
