Common use of ARCHITECT/ENGINEER’S PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

ARCHITECT/ENGINEER’S PERSONNEL. 3.2.1 The Architect/Engineer shall perform services under this Contract employing the people listed in its staffing schedule provided in Exhibit "B". The Architect/Engineer may revise its staffing schedule only after obtaining the prior written approval of the Director. Upon the Director’s written approval, the revised Staffing Schedule shall replace the existing Exhibit “B” without the need of an amendment. The revised Staffing Schedule must include the following information for each professional-level employee proposed for assignment under this Contract: 3.2.1.1 Name of employee; 3.2.1.2 Description of tasks to be performed;

ARCHITECT/ENGINEER’S PERSONNEL. 3.2.1 The Architect/Engineer shall perform its professional services under this Contract employing the people listed in its staffing schedule provided in Exhibit "BC". The Architect/Engineer may revise its staffing schedule schedule, including changes to employee job categories, only after obtaining the prior written approval of the Director. Upon the Director’s written approval, the revised Staffing Schedule shall replace the existing Exhibit “BC” without the need of an amendment. The revised Staffing Schedule Architect/Engineer must include the following information for each professional-professional- level employee proposed for assignment under this Contract: 3.2.1.1 Name of employee; 3.2.1.2 Description of tasks to be performed;
