Common use of ARCHITECT Monthly Billing Statements Clause in Contracts

ARCHITECT Monthly Billing Statements. ARCHITECT shall submit monthly billing invoices to the DISTRICT for payment of the Contract Price for Services, authorized Additional Services, and previously approved and allowable Reimbursable Expenses performed or incurred in the immediate prior month in a format previously approved by the DISTRICT. Previously approved and allowable Reimbursable Expenses shall be itemized and evidence shall be provided of the cost or value of any Allowable Reimbursable Expense costs for which payment is requested by ARCHITECT.
