Area of Primary Responsibility. Your area of primary responsibility shall include regions of the United States, Europe and Asia as specified in Schedule B, attached (the "Territories"). Area of Primary Responsibility. ChevronTexaco hereby appoints Jobber, upon the terms and conditions herein provided, its nonexclusive distributor (“Chevron Jobber”) of the Chevron brand and other petroleum products of ChevronTexaco specified in section 3 of this agreement, with responsibility to serve and develop trade for such petroleum products in the area specified in Exhibit A hereto (“Jobber’s area of primary responsibility”). It is understood that ChevronTexaco may also engage in the sale and distribution of the same petroleum products in Jobber’s area of primary responsibility directly to consumers and by supply to other resellers.
