Each Member agrees that it shall not fish commercially with gear that is capable of harvesting GB cod or other groundfish species managed under the Plan outside the “Georges Bank Cod Hook Sector Area,” as such area is defined in 50 CFR Part 648.87(d), or any substitute or successor provision (the “Area”).
