Area Restrictions. It may be necessary to apply reasonable restrictions to cycling in forests or over parts of such forests at certain times in order to protect forest operations or environmental interests. FES shall use its best endeavours to notify the Organiser of any restrictions at the time of application for permission for a cycling event.
