Common use of Artifacts and Evidence Clause in Contracts

Artifacts and Evidence. i. The evaluator will collect and share artifacts and evidence necessary to complete the evaluation. ii. The teacher may provide additional artifacts and evidence to aid in the assessment of the teacher’s professional performance against the instructional framework rubric, especially for those criteria not observed in the classroom.
