Assay Platform Development. Within ten (10) days following the approval of each Work Plan, Aurora will commence the development of the applicable Assay Platform using2.3.3 reasonable efforts, consistent with commercial business practices, and using the resources provided under Section 3.1. All work under a Work Plan shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
