Assembly and Packaging Sample Clauses

The Assembly and Packaging clause defines the requirements and standards for how products must be assembled and packaged before delivery. It typically outlines specifications such as the type of materials to be used, labeling instructions, and any special handling or safety measures that must be followed during the assembly and packaging process. By setting clear expectations for these procedures, the clause ensures product quality, protects goods during transit, and minimizes the risk of damage or non-compliance with regulatory or customer requirements.
