Assessment and Accountability. Notwithstanding Sections 7 and 9 above, the Charter School is subject to all accountability and assessment requirements set forth within Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated and any corresponding State Board Rules, including but not limited to the accountability provisions of O.C.G.A. §§ 20-14-30 through 41. The Charter School is further subject to all federal accountability requirements under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, including its reauthorization as the Every Student Succeeds Act and any subsequent amendment thereto and provisions of state law or regulation that implement the federal law.
Assessment and Accountability. Sacramento City Unified School District requires all 2012-2013 SES providers to complete a Student Learning Plan (SLP) for each student enrolled in their program. In addition, a Monthly Progress/Attendance Report for each student will be required to be completed and provided to the SCUSD State and Federal Programs Department and parent at the end of each month of service.
Assessment and Accountability. 1. The GOVERNING AUTHORITY agrees to assess student achievement relative to academic goals using the methods of measurement identified in the Educational Plan (Exhibit I), the Assessment and Accountability Plan/Performance Framework (Exhibit IV), and/or any reference in this contract to standards of student achievement, incorporated by reference as if fully written herein.
2. The GOVERNING AUTHORITY shall submit within four months after the end of each school year an annual report of its financial status, as well as activities and progress in meeting academic goals as contained in the Educational Plan (Exhibit I) and/ or the Assessment and Accountability Plan//Performance Framework (Exhibit IV), and the performance standards as contained in the Assessment and Accountability Plan//Performance Framework (Exhibit IV) to the SPONSOR, the parents of all students enrolled in the SCHOOL.
