Common use of Asset Management Systems Clause in Contracts

Asset Management Systems. Suppliers must hold a data base or equipment register. This data base will include details of all equipment held in individual prisons, purchase price, date of purchase, details of warranties, inspection dates, service records, inspection, service and maintenance costs as a minimum. The data base will be built up over the life of the contract and further information may be added as required. Information taken from the data base must be available to the Authority on request and will remain the property of the Authority.
