Management System. Subcontractor must have a management system dedicated to compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for their employees and responsible care of materials to prevent a negative impact on the environment (for example: ISO14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018).

The Councils disagree with the change to FAR 45.201(c)(4). This recommendation is outside the scope of this case. The Councils partially agree with the recommendation of one respondent to change FAR 45.105(b) and partially concur with another respondent to provide a schedule of completion; therefore, the language in FAR 45.105(b) is revised. The Councils disagree with the recommended request to delete the language ‘‘when approved by the Property Administrator.’’ The Councils believe it is in the best interest of the Government for such approvals by the Government to be made on a contract by contract basis.

Any system development by the Supplier should also comply with the government’s ‘10 Steps to Cyber Security’ guidance: If a Buyer has requested in the Order Form that the Supplier has a Cyber Essentials certificate, the Supplier must provide the Buyer with a valid Cyber Essentials certificate (or equivalent) required for the Services before the Start date. Guarantee If this Call-Off Contract is conditional on receipt of a Guarantee that is acceptable to the Buyer, the Supplier must give the Buyer on or before the Start date: an executed Guarantee in the form at Schedule 5 a certified copy of the passed resolution or board minutes of the guarantor approving the execution of the Guarantee Ending the Call-Off Contract The Buyer can End this Call-Off Contract at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice to the Supplier, unless a shorter period is specified in the Order Form. Arexim Engineering EAD is certified to ISO 14001 and requires - from Supplier to operate in an environmentally responsible manner and to be in compliance with the applicable legislations and any applicable customer specific requirements - an environmental management system that has been certified by an appropriately accredited company in accordance with ISO 14001 or Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) - all waste material that is generated to be disposed of in compliance with applicable legal requirements - limiting the use of raw materials containing chemical substances above the maximum values of weight concentration in uniform materials; minerals originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas; substances, groups of substances or preparations which are subject to prohibitions according to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006; chemical substances that are classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction; chemical substances that are subject to emission reduction regulations, etc. - materials and products with a lower carbon footprint, where it is possible. A management system based on international, national or other standards acceptable to the competent authority shall be established and implemented for all activities within the scope of ADR, as identified in 1.7.1.3, to ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of ADR.
