Assigned Employee. The Client will lease certain employees of GovTemps, and GovTemps will lease to the Client, the personnel identified in attached Exhibit A, (the "Assigned Employee"). Exhibit A identifies the temporary position and/or assignment (the "Assignment") each Assigned Employee will fill at the Client, and it further identifies the base compensation for each Assigned Employee, as of the effective date of this Agreement. Exhibit A may be modified from time to time by an amended Exhibit A signed by both GovTemps and the Client. GovTemps has the sole authority to assign and/or remove the Assigned Employee, provided however, that the Client may request, in writing, that GovTemps remove or reassign the Assigned Employee which removal or reassignment shall not be unreasonably withheld by GovTemps. The Parties understand and acknowledge that the Assigned Employee is subject to the Client's day-to-day supervision.
Assigned Employee. TOWNSHIP hereby agrees to employ an individual on a part-time basis as an at-will employee who will be assigned to the EBTMA as the EBTMA Secretary/Treasurer (the “Secretary/Treasurer”). The Secretary/Treasurer will be selected by EBTMA in its sole discretion.
Assigned Employee. TOWNSHIP ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ an individual on a full-time basis as an at-will employee who will be assigned to the EBTMA as the EBTMA Administrator. The Administrator will be selected by EBTMA in its sole discretion.
Assigned Employee. The Client will lease certain employees of MGT, and MGT will lease to the Client, the personnel identified in attached Exhibit A, (the "Assigned Employee"). Exhibit A identifies the temporary position and/or assignment (the "Assignment") each Assigned Employee will fill at the Client, and it further identifies the base compensation for each Assigned Employee, as of the effective date of this Agreement. Exhibit A may be modified from time to time by an amended Exhibit A signed by both MGT and the Client. Assigned Employee. Fleet shall assign one (1) Fleet Technician to work at the Engineering Operations Facility located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Any proposed changes to these days and/or hours shall require Engineering’s pre-approval. Existing Fleet policies and procedures shall be used for determining the employee assigned to the Engineering Operations Facility. The assigned employee shall be subject to a six-month trial period during which the Engineering Division can decide to return the employee to Fleet for reassignment. This trial period provision shall apply to any and all Fleet employees upon assignment to Engineering.
Assigned Employee. For each job number, the Board shall provide the call history identifying the names of the “A” and “B” List Occasional Teachers who were called in profile and out of profile, as well as the outcome of each call.
Assigned Employee. The assigned employee agrees to be job shadowed by the participant, and understands the terms of the job shadowing experience, The assigned employee agrees to ensure that all of the above requirements are followed, and to report to the site administrative contact if there are any concerns while the participant.

  • An Employee (other than a casual Employee) called for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid by the Court and the amount of Ordinary Rate he/she would have received for the ordinary time hours for which the Employee’s attendance at the Court was required up to a maximum of 10 days’ pay.

  • Employee Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be transferable by Employee by assignment or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company; provided, however, that if Employee shall die, all amounts then payable to Employee hereunder shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Employee’s devisee, legatee, or other designee, or if there be no such designee, to Employee’s estate.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.
