Common use of Assigned Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Assigned Vehicles. Management agrees to continue the current practice of providing a “take home” vehicle to allow for emergency response, and off-hours inspections, etc. Vehicles will meet standards to accommodate police equipment. For personal safety and public relations purposes, the Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 63.99 will apply to vehicles covered by this Article.
