Common use of Assigned Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Assigned Vehicles. Employees may be assigned a City vehicle to perform their work when authorized by the City Manager. Use of such vehicle is a privilege and not a right and may be revoked at any time by the City Manager or designated Department Head. The nominal personal use of a City vehicle as a commute vehicle is allowed.
