Assignment and other dealings. (a) The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) 15.1.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract including the Software and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract to any third party. 15.1.2 The Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) 16.1.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract to any third party. 16.1.2 The Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(b) 14.2. The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract Order Form without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

If the Supplier subcontracts any of its responsibilities under this agreement it shall remain liable for the subcontractor’s performance. 33.1.2 The Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract to any third party. (b) The Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) . The Customer Supplier’s consent shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplierbe unreasonably withheld.

Assignment and other dealings. (a) The Supplier may at any time Customer shall not assign, mortgagetransfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and or obligations under the ContractContract without the prior written consent of the Supplier. (b) The Customer shall not Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplierthis agreement.

Assignment and other dealings. (a) The Supplier may at any time Customer shall not assign, mortgagetransfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under this Contract without the ContractSupplier’s prior written consent. (b) The Customer shall not Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplierthis Contract.

Assignment and other dealings. (a) The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement. (b) The Customer may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract Agreement without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) 18.2.2. The Customer Client shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the SupplierRPL.

Assignment and other dealings. (a) 17.1.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) 17.1.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) 26.1.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) 26.1.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) 1 18.1.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without to any third party. 2 18.1.2 The Customer acknowledges that the prior written consent Supplier may refer it to third parties for the provision of certain services, in which event the Customer acknowledges and agrees that: 18.1.2.1 such third parties may impose their own terms and conditions in respect of the Supplierprovision of such services;18.

(b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) 21.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Order. 21.2 The Customer may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract Order without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract. 18.1.2. The Customer may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) The Supplier Quotient may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer Supplier shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the SupplierQuotient.

(a) The Supplier may at any time Customer shall not assign, mortgagetransfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and or obligations under the ContractAgreement without the prior written consent of the Supplier. (b) The Customer shall not Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the SupplierAgreement.

(b) 16.1.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the ContractAgreement. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract Agreement without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(ai) The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract to any third party or agent. ii) The Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and or obligations under the ContractTerms & Conditions. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract. 18.2.2. The Customer may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) 34.1.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract to any third party. If the Supplier subcontracts any of its responsibilities under this agreement it shall remain liable for the subcontractor’s performance. 34.1.2 The Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and or obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(b) 16.1.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.in

(a) 13.2.1 The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) 13.2.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the SupplierContract.

(a) 17.1.1 The Supplier may at any time �me assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obliga�ons under the Contract to any third party. 17.1.2 The Customer shall not, without the prior wri�en consent of the Supplier, assign transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with all or any or all of its rights and obligations or obliga�ons under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) The Supplier Client may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract and may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under the Contract. (b) The Supplier may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) 23.1.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(a) The Supplier may at any time assign, ,transfer,mortgage, ,charge, ,subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract provided this does not serve to reduce the guarantees for the Customer;and (b) The Customer may not assign,transfer,mortgage,charge,subcontract, delegate, ,declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract. (b) The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.

(b) 14.2 The Customer shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the SupplierContract.
