ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. If the Contractor is a partnership, transfer of any interest in the partnership, which results in a change in control, shall be deemed an assignment of this Agreement.

Accounts established and maintained for a Participant are owned by the Participant for his or her lifetime. The entire interest in a Participant's Variable or Fixed Account is for the exclusive benefit of the Participant. A Participant's Variable or Fixed Account is nontransferable and the entire interest of the Participant is nonforfeitable in accordance with applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
