ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS. The services and obligations required of Contractor under this Agreement are not assignable in whole or in part. In addition, Contractor shall not subcontract any portion of the services required of Contractor by this Agreement without the express written consent of the Director. If any portion of the services required of Contractor are subcontracted, the subcontractor(s) shall maintain the same insurance as required of Contractor by this Agreement and Contractor shall be fully responsible to the County for all work undertaken by subcontractors.
