Common use of Assignment and Subleasing Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Subleasing. Lessee shall not assign, o r m o r t g a g e , this Lease in whole or in part, nor sublet all or any part of the Premises, without the prior written consent of Lessor in each instance, which consent may be granted or denied in ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s sole discretion.
