ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This Limited Warranty protects only the person who leases the PV System pursuant to this Agreement. Your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty will be automatically transferred to any person who purchases the PV System from you or to whom you transfer this Agreement upon execution of a written transfer of the Agreement as set forth in Section 13 of the Agreement. This Limited Warranty contains the parties’ entire agreement regarding the limited warranty of the PV System. The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services that Installer agrees to provide to you on the PV System will begin immediately after the installation of your PV System is complete and the system has been interconnected, and will continue for the duration of the Term.
