DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED INTO THIS AGREEMENT Sample Clauses

The "Documents Incorporated Into This Agreement" clause defines which external documents are considered part of the contract and legally binding as if fully stated within the agreement. This typically includes attachments, schedules, exhibits, or referenced policies, and specifies that these documents are subject to the same terms and conditions as the main contract. By clearly identifying all incorporated materials, this clause ensures that all relevant obligations and rights are enforceable, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over what constitutes the full agreement.
