Assignment and transfers by Obligors. No Obligor or any other member of the Borrower Group may cede and/or assign any of its rights or transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Finance Documents, except as permitted by this Agreement and the Global Intercreditor Agreement without the prior written consent of the Senior Agent acting on the instructions of all Lenders and the consent of any other creditor of any Obligor whose consent may be required under the Intercreditor Agreements.
