Common use of Assignment by Authority Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Authority. 1654 The Authority may Assign this Agreement individually or jointly to any Member Agency (excluding the 1655 City of El Cerrito), the County of Contra Costa, a successor joint powers authority, or other public entity 1656 succeeding to a majority of the Authority’s service area obligations.
