Common use of Assignment by Corporation Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Corporation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Manager acknowledges that Corporation may sell, transfer, assign, convey, encumber or hypothecate the Hotel or any part thereof or any constituent ownership interest in Corporation, or assign this Agreement, or any interest therein, to any Person who is not generally recognized in the community as being of ill repute and is not in any other manner a Person with whom a prudent businessperson would not wish to associate in a commercial venture.
