Common use of Assignment by Executive Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Executive. The rights and benefits of Executive under this Agreement are personal to him and no such right or benefit shall be subject to voluntary or involuntary alienation, assignment or transfer; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 15 shall preclude Executive from designating a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive any benefit payable on his death.

Assignment by Executive. The rights and benefits of Executive under this Agreement are personal to him and no such right or benefit shall be subject to voluntary or involuntary alienation, assignment or transfer; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 15 9.2 shall preclude Executive from designating a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive any benefit payable on his death.
