Common use of Assignment by Licensor Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Licensor. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of any assignee or other legal successor to the interests of Licensor herein. Licensor is free to transfer and assign all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any person or business entity as part of a transfer or assignment of the Licensor’s entire business. Upon such assignment and assumption, Licensor shall have no further obligation to Licensee.
