Common use of Assignment by the Authority Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Authority. The Authority’s rights (but none of its duties or obligations) under this Installment Sale Agreement, including the right to receive and enforce payment of the Installment Payments to be made by the City under this Installment Sale Agreement have been pledged and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture, to which pledge and assignment the City hereby consents.
