Common use of Assignment by the Authority Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Authority. The Authority’s rights under this Facilities Lease, including the right to receive and enforce payment of the Base Rental Payments to be made by the County hereunder, have been pledged and assigned to the Trustee for the benefit of the Bondholders pursuant to the Trust Agreement, to which pledge and assignment the County hereby consents.
