Common use of Assignment by the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Purchaser. The Purchaser may assign or encumber all or any part of its rights or benefits under this Agreement without the consent of any party. Consequently the Purchaser may disclose to a prospective assignee or to any other person who may propose entering into contractual relations with the Purchaser in relation to this Agreement such information about the Sellers or the Receivables as the Purchaser shall consider appropriate.
